You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You agree to use Drag Intel only for its intended purpose: tracking and analyzing drag racing performance data. You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the Service's infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers and networks.

Drag Intel provides tools for recording and analyzing drag racing performance data. The data presented, including AI-extracted OCR data from timeslip photos, weather information, and calculated metrics, is provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of OCR-extracted timing data. AI-based text extraction may produce errors. You should always verify extracted data against your original timeslips.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on data from this Service. This includes but is not limited to vehicle tuning decisions, racing strategy, safety decisions, or any other actions taken based on information provided by Drag Intel. You use the data at your own risk.

Weather data is sourced from third-party APIs and may not reflect exact conditions at your specific location on the track.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you upload to Drag Intel, including timeslip photos, vehicle information, and performance records.

License to Process: By uploading content to Drag Intel, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. This includes using third-party AI services for OCR processing.

Our Property: The Drag Intel application, its design, code, and branding are the property of DragIQ LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

Drag Intel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DragIQ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
